E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY, Inc.
was established on October 16, 1916 as one of Norfolk’s first
‘motor-truck’ companies. By 1925, the business had expanded
to include general contracting, which has grown to be the major emphasis
of the Company.
E.T. Gresham, Sr., founder of this multifaceted construction, crane
& rigging enterprise was succeeded by his son, Earl T. Gresham,
Jr. In 1992, William A. Gresham succeeded his father as President.
“Achieving Quality” in the construction of “high
quality–limited use” facilities is the overall focus of
