This project consists of the demolition of an existing Showroom and
Training & Administration buildings, and construction of a new 35,306
square foot Showroom Building with two floors. The 1st floor is entirely
for display, sales and delivery of new vehicles. The 2nd floor is executive
and administrative offices and training rooms. It also has a Café,
children’s play area and flat panel televisions for customer comfort
and convenience. The building is clad in architectural metal panels
and the front showroom area is a glass window wall.
This project represents the future of modern automobile dealership
design and construction.
