Calvary Presbyterian, Norfolk, VA
E.T. Gresham Company Partnered for this Project with Calvary Presbyterian
Church, who utilized our Pre-construction services and Value Engineering
to make it a successful project. Calvary Presbyterian Church underwent
an addition and major renovation of the entire church facility. Total
new and renovated area for this church was 15,000 sf which included
a new fellowship hall, new administrative offices, and a renovation
of the old fellowship hall into classrooms. Also, Gresham updated appearance
of the church by constructing a gabled roof over an existing flat roof
(about 75% of existing building) as well as add a colonial colonnaded
covered sidewalk entrance.
